Our current membership & entry fees will remain the same for 2013.
Our Membership year is January 1st to December 31st....single membership is $40.00 & family membership is $60.00 (spouse and/or child(ren) 18 or under living in same household).
We are a non-profit organization whose officers volunteer their time to run the club. We provide most of our own added money for each show ($450) from our membership fees. The arena provides the additional $100. If by chance we come up short from membership fees then we get the extra money donated.
We charge a $10 "PER SHOW" non-member fee ($5 non member for PeeWee). This money is used for operating expenses..i...e...office supplies, advertisements, entry cards etc.......
In the event that something is being voted on.....each family member under a family membership will be allowed to vote individually (family membership to include spouse and/or children *18 years or under and living at home* of an active member). Individual memberships will be allowed one vote only. Votes will be sent out by proxy and numbered to validate the authenticity of membership.
In the event that there are not enough qualifiers for the qty of holes allocated to pay, the monies from holes where there is no qualifier will be retained by the club not divided amoung the other qualifiers. As with the non-member fee above this is used for operating expenses (office supplies, entry cards...etc...) awards &/or awards banquet.
